Contact FoxChat Video

One email address handles everything — help, payments, reports and policy questions. Before writing, the quick checks below solve a good share of problems on the spot.

The address

Support:[email protected]

This is the only official way to reach FoxChat Video. Messages from any other address, account or chat claiming to be us are not from us.

Camera or microphone not working

Your browser asks for camera and microphone permission when you are matched. If you tapped "Block" by accident, open the site settings for foxchat.video (the lock or tune icon next to the address bar) and allow both. Close other apps that might be using the camera, such as a video meeting, then reload the page. Trying another browser or device tells you quickly whether the problem is the hardware or the site.

Matching or calls failing

Refresh the page, check your connection (switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data often helps), and sign in again if you were signed out. If calls keep dropping, tell us the time it happened, your device and browser, and what you saw on screen.

Coins and payments

For a failed payment, an order stuck in an unusual status, or coins, VIP or gifts that did not arrive, send the order or transaction reference, the amount, the time and the payment method you used. Do not send the full card number. The rules on refunds and digital items are in the terms.

Account and profile

Sign-in failures, password resets, email verification, restrictions on your account, a profile picture or nickname that was rejected, content that was removed, or club problems: include your nickname or user ID and describe what you were doing when it went wrong. Requests to access, correct or delete your data also go here — see the privacy policy.

Someone crossed a line

Hang up, then open that person's profile and use Report or Block. Email us as well if you want to add context — their nickname, the time, and screenshots of text messages help. Never send sexual images; describe them in words instead. Anything involving a minor: follow the child safety steps. Copyright and impersonation requests are on the copyright page.

Fake support

  • Never give anyone your password or a one-time verification code.
  • Ignore payment instructions that do not come from the site itself, especially requests to pay outside it.
  • Report suspicious links, impersonators and scam attempts as soon as you see them.
  • Worried your login or card has been exposed? Change the password first, then email us without delay.

How requests are handled

What happens next depends on the kind of problem, how urgent it is, how much detail you gave, and whether we need to confirm anything before acting. Messages about a compromised account, an unusual payment, abuse, safety or an enforcement decision can take an extra round of checking before you get an answer or we change anything.
