The agreement
These terms cover the website, the mobile web version, public pages, feeds, messaging, matching, calls, payment flows and related services. Some features may carry additional rules, shown where you use them; those apply as well. Together with the privacy policy and the community guidelines, they are the whole agreement between you and FoxChat Video. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
What you agree to
Age and legality
You must be 18 or older — or older still, if the law where you live sets a higher minimum — and allowed by the laws that apply to you to use a service like this.
Your account
- Be truthful in what you enter at registration, sign-in, verification, checkout and on your profile, and keep it up to date.
- Stolen, invented or misleading details may not be used to open an account.
- An account is yours alone: it may not be sold, lent, rented or handed over unless we agree.
- Security checks, rate limits and access controls are there to be respected, not worked around.
- Guard your password. Activity on your account is your responsibility, so let us know promptly if you suspect someone else is using it.
How you behave
Use FoxChat Video lawfully and respectfully. That rules out unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or misleading content; sexualized content involving minors, exploitative material, violent threats or hate speech; pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting a connection to a person or brand; bots, scripts, scraping, reverse engineering or other technical abuse; and scams, spam, off-platform payment requests or other abusive commercial activity.
Calls and messages
FoxChat Video pairs you with one other person at a time for a video call, and lets you exchange text messages. Your browser asks for camera and microphone access when a match is found. The Next button becomes available a few seconds into a call; hanging up works at any moment.
Calls and messages are never to be used for stalking, threats, extortion, harassment or scams, for spreading malicious links, for soliciting anything illegal, or for pushing someone into something unsafe. Do not record or screenshot the other person without their consent. We do not promise who you will be matched with, how people respond, or the quality of any call. What you choose to share, and whether to keep talking, is your decision. Block and report are on the other person's profile — use them whenever something feels wrong.
What you post
Your display name, avatar, profile and anything you publish publicly can be seen by others and may be cached or indexed by search engines. Deleting something here does not guarantee it disappears from search results or third-party copies straight away. Only post what you have the right to publish.
You keep the rights to content you create. You give FoxChat Video the permissions reasonably needed to host, store, display, process, moderate and distribute it as part of running the service. If your content infringes someone else's rights, you may be responsible for the resulting claims. Takedown requests are covered on the copyright page.
Coins and charges
Starting a chat does not require payment. A matched call begins with a free period; before it ends, a notice on screen tells you that the call will continue at a set number of coins per minute. Coins, VIP, virtual gifts and other paid items are offered with their prices and rules shown on the relevant purchase pages.
- Outside payment companies process the money; their own terms and privacy notices apply to that part.
- Coins, gifts and VIP benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, except where a law requires it.
- Once a digital purchase is complete, or coins have been spent on minutes, refunds are not normally given — unless required by law or promised in that product's specific rules.
- Chargebacks, fraudulent payments and use of someone else's card may get orders cancelled, features limited, or the account reviewed or suspended.
- What you have bought stays usable only while your account is in good standing, the product is still offered and your device supports it.
What we provide
FoxChat Video is provided "as available". Any feature can be introduced, reshaped, limited or switched off when the law, operations, security or the product requires it, and no feature is promised to last forever or never pause. Logins, payments, analytics, hosting and links to other websites may involve third parties; their services follow their own terms, and we are not responsible for what happens on sites we do not operate.
The software, interface, branding and other parts of the platform belong to FoxChat Video or its licensors. Do not copy, scrape, redistribute or reverse engineer them without permission.
When rules are broken
Suspected breaches — of these terms, of safety or payment rules, or of the law — can be investigated. Depending on what we find, the response can include:
- taking content down or hiding it;
- a warning, or caps on how much you can post, message, match or buy;
- an account being put under review, frozen, suspended for a time, or shut;
- orders being cancelled or benefits taken back, where permitted;
- holding on to the relevant records and handing them over when a valid legal or regulatory request arrives.
After an account is shut, most of its personal data is deleted or anonymized in due course; some records survive where they are needed for security, fraud checks, disputes, enforcement or legal compliance.
Liability
As far as the law permits, FoxChat Video makes no promise that it will always be up, free of errors, or that any conversation will turn out a particular way. Losses that come from third-party services, from what other users post or do, from a login you did not keep safe, or from events we could not reasonably control are not ours to bear. None of this cuts back liability that the law says cannot be excluded, nor any protection consumer or privacy law gives you.
Changes to these terms
These terms get revised when the product, the law or our risk controls change. Bigger revisions come with a new date at the top and a notice on the site or by another route. If you keep chatting after a revision applies, you are accepting it. Questions: [email protected].
